done with mechanical pencil, black permanent marker & prismacolor markers while listening to hoshi no suna by gackt, itoshii hito by miyavi, and save yourself by sense field.

my scanner kind of sucks. sorry.

i'm never ever doing checkboard backgrounds again. i suck at them.

i actually like how the checkerboard isnt perfect
it adds a level of surrealism and O.o to it and emphasizes the :'''''(
Plus the face is just expertly drawn.

^ i agree with nic. see- i might have strived to make it off in particular, but you did it all by accident- making it more genuine. :D

i love the profile- one of your best ever [and thats saying a lot cause you had a strain of them once, i remember] and the tears are flawless. :hug:

you amaze me dearest.


and a side comment- i learned how to pick up my sketchbook. i drew again last night for the first REAL time since January 5th.
